Diary of a 17 year old girl to a 21 year old married woman…

March 17th

1981

School wasn’t very good today, had a Maths test and followed by an RE test. Mrs Bagley wasn’t here today, so we just read books. Watched a good play called, “The Perfect House.”

1982

Work was okay, it was Mr Muncaster’s birthday, so we went down to the pub at lunchtime. Bought Don’t Love Me Too Hard by The Nolans.

This came from the ablum, Portrait, (which I obviously bought!) and another single which came from this album was Chemistry.

1983

Had to go and see Mr MacDonald and Mr Cross about going on a course, not sure if I want to do it now. Took Kelly back to Sally’s house and stayed for tea.

1984

Spent most of today down at Sue’s house, then went to a party. It was really good, Dean and Andy were both there, had a slow dance with both of them!! Alan from Friendship Club phone, he sounds really nice!

1985

Didn’t get up until about 11.30, went to Bitterne with Phil to look at two flats.
