1981
It was the London Marathon today, I don’t know how they can run that far! Mum liked her Mother’s Day present. Watched a good film about dogs holding up a bank.
1982
Went over town with Anna and bought a nice eye shadow and purse. Key got stuck in front door when I tried to open it, so I couldn’t get into the house. Mum called locksmith when she got home.
1983
Nadina was on annual leave today, so I caught the bus in. Margaret wasn’t in a very good mood today. Anna passed her driving test.
1984
New girl at college today. Went to fair and then stopped at Kentucky Fried Chicken, saw Mike and Phil at fair.
1985
Did ADP at work today. Phil came round and we went to the Red Lion for a drink, not very nice. Got chips to eat on way home.
